The National Emergency Generator Dealer Association (NEGDA) is a trade association dedicated exclusively to generator dealers.
With more than 13 years of history, NEGDA began as a small, regional group of generator dealers who collaborated informally to share resources, knowledge, and real-world experience. As the industry evolved, that collaboration grew.
In 2022, those dealers formalized NEGDA as a trade association—because there was no organization serving the practical, day-to-day needs of generator dealerships in a focused and meaningful way.
NEGDA was founded by generator dealers, is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of generator dealers, and exists exclusively to serve the needs of generator dealers. There are no personal financial incentives or gains realized by our organization or Board of Directors. Our mission remains straightforward: to come alongside dealers with opportunities to learn from one another, improve operations, and build stronger, more resilient businesses.
